Shelton Development Services provides software applications and other consultancy services to the land and development sector. The business was established in 1994. We are based in Surrey and work nationally.
We design and write our applications in-house. We provide comprehensive end-user support. We provide application training at our customers' sites, as well as at our own training suite in Surrey. We also provide general training in development aspects.
We work in all parts of the residential development sector and within the public sector we are the leading supplier of financial viability modelling software. We also run a development benchmarking club for this sector, providing key performance indicators not only on development schemes, but also on the efficiency of the development organisation.
Our customers and users of our software include private developers, housing associations, ALMOS, local authorities, contractors, estate agencies, valuers, surveyors and other consultants.
Our consultancy work covers specialist training courses, assistance with planning related affordable housing issues, management issues around development processes, technical and marketing exercises, and land acquisition advice.
