David has been working in the residential housing sector for longer than he cares to remember, cutting his teeth in the private sector, working for Crest Nicolson plc as an executive director. He left in 1994 to start Shelton Development Services Ltd. David now concentrates on the sales and training side of the business.
Phil Shelton, Chief Executive
Phil started working in the family business back in 2002 to help support customers using SDS ProVal. He quickly realised the need for a development management system, and so began work on what was to become SDS Sequel. He took over running the business in January 2009.
Fred Truter, Software Architect
Fred has worked with SDS since 1998 as a consultant, and joined us full-time in 2003. Fred is a master of all things computer, and is the driving force behind all our software. Even though he enjoys advanced mathematics and statistics, he has the ability to explain complex concepts to a layperson.
