We recently commissioned Surrenden Consultants to conduct a survey of our customers. The feedback makes positive and interesting reading - below is a summary of the results.

Does SDS provide sufficient support?

We are very pleased with the high level of satisfaction expressed by our customers. We also acknowledge the small number of negative responses made, and will be addressing these issues. Some comments have also identified issues which are not actually problems, but need to be addressed in training sessions.
