This half-day course is designed to introduce delegates to the residual land appraisal concepts and functionality of the SDS ProVal Private Finance module.
Delegates will be able to understand how a private developer values land and learn how private sector appraisal techniques can be applied to social housing development.
Those attending this course should have a good understanding of development and of the appraisal process, and have had prior experience of using SDS ProVal.
