This half-day course is designed to introduce delegates to the techniques and concepts for modelling shared ownership and rent to homebuy in the SDS ProVal Private Finance module.
Delegates will be able to understand how to assess affordability, deal with sales in the long-term cashflow and correctly set up allowances.
This course will use the Private Finance module. Those attending this course should have a good understanding of development and of the appraisal process, and have had prior experience of using SDS ProVal.
