Andrew’s experience lies in both the affordable and private housing sectors. His expertise focuses on financial viability and project management – ideal for today’s challenges in planning and building developments, making the most of available funding and cross-subsidy opportunities.
Having worked on the SDS software product range for many years, he has close connections with many local authorities and housing associations around the UK and can advise directly on how, when and if a project will be viable, or what alternatives need to be considered.

Projects have included managing multiple large-scheme sites, value-engineering of homes for flexible tenure use and re-evaluating Supported Housing schemes for redevelopment.
