MMC - Expect the Unexpected

Updated: Nov 5

Addressing traditional supply chain issues while providing high quality sustainable homes is the core of what MMC stands for. But as with all new technologies, there is uncertainty.

In our webinar "MMC - Expect the Unexpected" we tackled:

  • MMC myths and assumptions

  • Key challenges

  • How to avoid common pitfalls

  • Development Agreement legalities

We were joined by Joy Winnerah from Broadacres, along with David Ellison from Fusion Building Systems and Neil Toner from Devonshires.

And of course, the legalities! Neil Toner guides us through 5 key points to include in an MMC Development Agreement.
