As well as providing training on our software at your offices we can deliver a number of our courses via eLearning.
The eLearning is split into bite size chunks, usually of less than 2 hours, spread over a number of days to minimise the impact on your business. The eLearning is a live session facilitated by one of our expert trainers and currently offered for Admin and User modules.
At the end of each session, there will be a homework task which needs to be completed independently and will be reviewed with the trainer once submitted.Â
Refresher and Workshop are currently onsite only.

As the Training Manager for SDS I am responsible for developing and administering the training programs and managing the Training team as well as delivering training to clients. I have been with SDS for over 4 years, starting off as a trainer for ProVal and Sequel. I have over a decade of successful training experience within IT Software and previously trained soft skills for the Welfare to Work industry.Â
I am a member of the Learning and Performance Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. I hold qualifications in Training and L&D including LPI Certificate in Designing Online Learning, TAP Advanced Training Techniques and CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and I am currently studying for the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in L&D.Â

Sheila Carroll

Moving into training from Client Retention at SDS has given me a unique understanding of our customers. I am passionate about helping clients and potential clients to optimise SDS products, developing long term relationships, and ensure superior customer service. I have expanded this by becoming a  TAP certified Learning and Development Practitioner to join the SDS training team.
Philippa Peel

With a passion for sport and computer software I have been lucky to work within both industries. Starting off as secretary for a bungee jumping company, learning Microsoft Office packages to an advanced level. This knowledge enabled me to become a Desktop Publisher for some of the top banking firms in the City.
In 2007, I re-trained as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and gained a PTLLS qualification. In 2013, I returned to computers as a software training specialist with two further training qualifications CTLLS and TAP, joining SDS in 2016 and completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in L&D.
